The AAA Diamond Rating Process is one of the most trusted hotel and restaurant rating systems in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. This reliable system involves AAA inspectors visiting hotels unannounced for an inspection and member feedback. Hotels must meet 27 requirements for comfort, cleanliness, security, and safety.
Hotels with a Four Diamond designation are considered upscale in all areas. The hotel is considered refined and stylish with an enhanced level of quality throughout. There is an extensive array of amenities along with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
